SHIPPING

Please note that delivery dates are provided by the courier, which can be subject to change. Please allow extra time if ordering during the busy holiday season to account for larger demands on carriers.

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 3PM PST are shipped same day. 

Any orders placed after 3PM PST will be shipped on the following business day. Shipping is done via USPS or UPS. We offer USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express and UPS for expedited service.

Notice of Shipment emails with tracking number are sent once your order is processed. Allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update the tracking number in their system.

Lost Packages

Please check with other members of your household, your building management, or your neighbors to see if they've placed the package elsewhere. If you are still unable to locate the package and it's been more than 24 hours after the carrier marked as delivered, please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim on the package as lost, missing, or stolen. After shipment, the carrier assumes responsibility for the package. Leche is not responsible for packages that were missing or stolen after the shipping carrier tracking confirms it was delivered.

Damages

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@getleche.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product.

Fraudulent Charges

We receive system notifications when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. When this happens, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.

Discount Codes

Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Discount will be applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

To protect the integrity of the products in our warehouse, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Products that have left our warehouse cannot be accepted back, as this may  compromise the quality of our stock and possibly lead to distribution of counterfeit  products. Like this, we ensure that all products in our stock are authentic and of the highest possible quality.
